Job Description

• Strong hands-on L3 Network Security / SME experience
• Expertise in Cisco ASA, Cisco FTD/FMC
• Strong experience with Palo Alto Firewalls / Strata Cloud Manager
• Hands-on experience with Prisma Access
• Strong experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA
• Experience with Cisco Umbrella & WSA Proxy
• Strong knowledge of GlobalProtect, IPsec and SSL VPN
• Experience with URL Filtering, SSL/TLS Decryption and PAC files
• Knowledge of DNS Security and O365/Cloud Proxy integrations
• Strong networking knowledge including BGP, OSPF, VLAN, STP and EtherChannel
• Experience with Cisco ASR/ISR Routers and Nexus 9K
• Experience handling P1/P2 incidents, RCA and Problem Management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Change Management
• Experience with logs, packet captures and security alerts
• Ability to work with SOC, TAC and cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation and client-facing communication skills
• CCNP Security, PCNSE or Zscaler certification is a plus
• Experience with Email Security/ESA and automation is an advantage
