Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Java Microservices Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance backend applications and modernizing enterprise APIs.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Experience with API design/modernization and downstream API integrations.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous processing (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Experience implementing Circuit Breaker, Retry, Timeout, and other resiliency patterns.
- Performance tuning, scalability, and production troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and Git.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Modernize enterprise APIs and integrate with downstream systems.
- Optimize application performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement resilient solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
