Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technology programs from planning through production.
- Manage roadmap, scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Coordinate Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, QA, and Operations teams.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, release planning, and delivery.
- Provide executive-level status, metrics, and program reporting.
- Identify blockers and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Manage program governance, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure delivery meets security, compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Must Have
- 10+ years of Technical Program experience.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise technology/software programs.
- Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud, data, software development, or infrastructure.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
