Job Description
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix administration and network infrastructure
- Experience in Java J2EE
- SQL querying and database troubleshooting
- Support Mechanisms – REST API monitoring and troubleshooting; JSON/XML payload analysis
- GCP – OpenShift/Kubernetes administration; Microservices architecture support; Containerized application troubleshooting; Certificate and SSL management; Route and connectivity investigation
- Monitoring & Observability – Geneos, Splunk, Grafana & New Relic, Scheduling Tools (Control-M). Splunk dashboard creation and analysis;
- Kafka topic monitoring and troubleshooting; Integration troubleshooting with authentication and access management services
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and an ability to think independently to ensure solutions are achieved.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment where solutions may come from multiple areas
- Curious approach to problem solving with a desire for quality and avoiding repeat incidents.
