- Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
- More than seven years of experience in application development and support of legacy applications utilizing multiple languages including COBOL-74 and COBOL-85 with at least six months in an Integrated Eligibility System Program.
- Seven or more years of experience with system analysis and design, programming and unit and integrated testing.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Seven or more years of experience programming in real-time and batch processing environments.
- Seven or more years of experience monitoring production systems, troubleshooting/debugging, working with database structures, data dictionaries, and source code, and supporting State EBT and EBT card issuance applications within a State IT environment.
- Seven or more years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, conducting code walkthroughs and testing, and reviewing, translating, and extracting business rules and process logic from legacy COBOL applications.
