Job Description
- Technical Project Manager with proven experience leading end-to-end application development and delivery in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong technical understanding of Java full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, microservices and React.
- Working knowledge of Node.js, SQL and Oracle, including system integration, data flows, APIs and production-support considerations.
- Ability to define scope, plans, milestones, resource needs and delivery metrics; manage risks, issues, dependencies and change controls.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering, architecture, QA, business and onshore/offshore teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, facilitation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to data analytics using Python and visualization/reporting tools such as Looker and Tableau.
- Familiarity with modern AI technology stacks, including Copilot, Claude, Gemini Vertex and Model Context Protocol (MCP), is an advantage.
Additional details:
- Lead the planning and execution of a long-term development project for the Verizon account in Tampa, Florida.
- Own delivery governance from initiation through release: translate business objectives into an executable roadmap; align technical and business stakeholders; coordinate Java full-stack, React/Node.js, database, analytics and QA workstreams; monitor schedule, quality, budget and team capacity; maintain RAID logs and status reports; remove delivery blockers; ensure architecture, security, testing and release-readiness reviews are completed; and drive continuous improvement.
- The role is an individual-contributor Technical Project Manager position requiring hands-on technical discussions, clear executive communication, effective vendor/team coordination and accountability for predictable, high-quality outcomes.
