We are looking for an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SAP IBP solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and IBP for Response & Supply, with a strong understanding of integration between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.

• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP IBP solutions based on business planning requirements.
• Work hands-on with SAP IBP Demand Planning, including statistical forecasting, demand sensing, forecast models, and consensus demand planning.
• Configure and support IBP Supply Planning / Response & Supply functionalities.
• Work with IBP Inventory Optimization to support inventory targets, safety stock, and service-level optimization.
• Configure planning areas, planning levels, attributes, key figures, time profiles, versions, and master data.
• Develop and maintain IBP planning views, templates, dashboards, and analytics.
• Configure operators, planning algorithms, forecast models, and supply planning heuristics/optimization as required.
• Develop and maintain integrations between SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA/ECC using CPI-DS, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, or other relevant integration mechanisms.
• Work with SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and other reporting/analytics tools where required.
• Perform data integration, data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting between source systems and IBP.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable IBP configuration and technical solutions.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot planning, integration, master-data, and performance-related issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with supply chain, demand planning, business, SAP functional, integration, and technical teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and support to business users and junior consultants.

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP.
• Experience with at least 2–3 SAP IBP modules, preferably:
  • IBP for Demand
  • IBP for Supply / Response & Supply
  • IBP for Inventory
  • IBP for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Hands-on experience with IBP configuration and troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of CPI-DS / SAP Integration Suite or equivalent SAP integration technologies.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, or production support projects.
