Job Description
SAP Business Analyst/Team Lead (Manufacturing)
Key Responsibilities
Lead business analysis activities supporting SAP Manufacturing.
Gather, document, and clarify business requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements for SAP and technical teams.
Coordinate project activities, priorities, timelines, and follow-ups.
Support production issues and help route them to the appropriate teams.
Facilitate communication among business users, project managers, developers, and SAP specialists.
Help identify process improvements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications
Experience as a Business Analyst, Lead Business Analyst, or functional team lead.
Working knowledge of SAP within a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of ERP-supported manufacturing and production processes.
Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate project work and follow established project-management processes.
Experience supporting production ERP applications.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
