Job Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking technology projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, business analysts, DevOps, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.
• Track project status, budgets, timelines, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Coordinate application development, API/integration, database, cloud, testing, deployment, and production-release activities.
• Ensure projects meet banking security, regulatory, compliance, audit, and risk-management requirements.
• Coordinate UAT, system integration testing, performance testing, defect resolution, and production implementation.
• Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• Prepare executive-level status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and steering committee presentations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, modernization, and technology optimization.
• Ensure successful transition of projects into production and ongoing application support.
