OAF is to Oracle EBS developers like ABAP is to SAP developers
Upgrade experience. They are in the middle of migrating from 12c to 19c
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oracle EBS Solutions, Oracle Forms and Reports, Microsoft SQL Server, RDBMS, SQL, database scripting language, HTML5, Java, Object Oriented Programming, XML, XML Reports, JavaScript, PL/SQL, APEX, Appworx, and KBX.
Oracle EBS HRMS Modules – Develop and customize the processes within the Oracle EBS modules such as:
Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
PAYROLL
Self Service
OLM
Pension
Insurance
HR
Compensation
using advanced PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF and Oracle Workflow
Oracle EBS Interface Development – Develop custom interfaces between Oracle EBS and third-party systems using Oracle Interface Tables, APIs, and Concurrent Programs. Build complex data extracts and data load processes using SQL*Loader, SFTP, and flat files.
Taleo cloud application experience. Develop custom interface between Taleo and Oracle.
Strong programming experience in creating Procedures, API, Packages, Functions, Triggers, Workflows, Alerts, Business Events, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL. Providing support to apps users for any technical or functional issues.
Troubleshooting & Debugging – Perform in-depth troubleshooting for EBS, resolving issues with concurrent processing, workflows. Debug integration failures, using logging and trace tools.
Patch & Upgrade Management – Plan and execute patching strategies for Oracle EBS. Coordinate major and minor updates in EBS.
Oracle Workflow – Develop and manage Oracle Workflow processes for automated approvals and document routing in EBS.
Technical Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Create detailed technical documentation for custom solutions, integrations, and configurations. Provide knowledge transfer through training sessions, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews.
Technical Proficiency:
Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2.9, TOAD, Oracle 11g, SQL, Oracle Reports, BI(XML) Publisher, PL/SQL and UNIX, APPWORX, MoveIT, APEX.
MUST HAVE SENIOR LEVEL EXPERIENCE WITH: Advanced PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, OAF and Oracle Workflow.
Version Control: Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
