Job Description
Our fully remote client is looking for a very self-driven, solution-oriented, eager Senior SQL/ETL Developer to join their team. This role is ideal for an experienced ETL and SSIS professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, improving system performance, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Position Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support SQL Server and SSIS data integration solutions
- Build and maintain complex ETL processes
- Develop SQL database objects (stored procedures, functions, triggers, views)
- Create scalable data transformation and validation frameworks
- Troubleshoot ETL, database, application, and data quality issues
- Optimize ETL workflows and SQL Server performance
- Support batch data integrations across enterprise systems
- Participate in technical design and integration architecture discussions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational standards
- Create technical documentation and support runbooks
- Provide production support and root cause analysis
- Contribute to project planning, estimation, and risk assessment
Bonus Skills
- C# and .NET development experience
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools
- Enterprise job scheduling experience
- Healthcare payer platform experience (Facets, QNXT, or similar)
