Job Description
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and enterprise application development.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and microservices architecture.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI development.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server ,Kubernetes .
- Strong understanding of SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Java 17 or newer versions.
- Experience with React, Redux, Angular, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Experience with Kafka or other event-driven messaging technologies.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Spring Security, OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API security.
- Experience with application monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
- Previous experience working in banking or financial services environments.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise application security.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately + years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience across both backend and front-end development.
- Ability to work from the Westerville, Ohio location according to the project’s onsite or hybrid requirements.
