Job Description
Position Summary
Protiviti is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance Support Consultant to provide functional support for T1 Energy. The consultant will receive SAP Finance support tickets, independently troubleshoot and resolve issues, and schedule meetings with business users when additional discussion is required.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience is critical. Candidates must be able to demonstrate practical experience working directly within SAP Public Cloud Finance, not simply S/4HANA, private cloud, or general SAP Finance experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance.
- Own assigned SAP Finance support tickets through resolution.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and identify appropriate solutions.
- Work directly with business users to understand and resolve issues.
- Schedule and lead discussions with business stakeholders when needed to resolve support requests.
- Communicate ticket status, findings, and resolutions clearly.
- Support the ongoing stability and use of the SAP Public Cloud Finance environment.
Required Experience
- 5–7 years of SAP Finance experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance experience.
- Demonstrated practical experience working directly within SAP Public Cloud Finance.
- Hands-on SAP Finance configuration and/or functional support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving SAP Finance issues.
- Ability to independently manage assigned support tickets.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.
- Ability to travel to Austin if required.
