Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/SCM implementation and transformation projects from initiation through hypercare and stabilization.
Manage multiple SCM workstreams including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Product Management/PLM, Logistics, Maintenance, and Cost Management as applicable to project scope.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, budgets, and delivery roadmaps.
Establish project governance, PMO processes, steering committees, status reporting, escalation mechanisms, and executive communications.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of overall IT/ERP experience
8+ years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience
5+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation project management experience
Proven experience managing 2–4+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
Strong experience managing Oracle SCM transformation programs
Experience working with large global teams and SI/consulting partners
