Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on MuleSoft Architect/Lead to own and lead the enterprise integration landscape. The role will be responsible for defining integration architecture, driving API-led connectivity, leading development teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across Salesforce, .NET applications, Azure services, React applications, databases, and third-party platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end integration strategy, architecture, and delivery using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Design and implement API-led, event-driven, and microservices-based integration solutions.
Architect integrations across Salesforce, .NET applications, Azure services, databases, and external systems.
Establish integration standards, API governance, security frameworks, and reusable assets.
Drive technical design workshops, architecture reviews, and solution roadmap discussions.
Lead and mentor MuleSoft development teams, ensuring best practices and delivery excellence.
Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver enterprise integration solutions.
Define CI/CD, monitoring, performance tuning, and operational support strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in enterprise application integration, with 5+ years in MuleSoft architecture and technical leadership roles.
Deep expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule 4, DataWeave, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and Exchange.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce, .NET applications, Azure services, REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and cloud/on-premise systems.
Proven experience designing API-led architectures, microservices, event-driven integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of API security including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native integration architectures.
Excellent stakeholder management, solutioning, and team leadership capabilities.
Key Expectations
Own the enterprise integration architecture and roadmap.
Lead all integration initiatives from solution design through delivery and support.
Act as the primary technical authority for MuleSoft and integration technologies.
Drive scalable, reusable, and secure integration solutions aligned with business objectives.
