Job Description
The candidate should have worked as a Functional Consultant in SCM and Manufacturing modules, including Distribution, WMS, Inventory, Order Entry, Shipping Execution, and Manufacturing areas. They should have 7 to 12 years of experience, with strong expertise in Oracle R12 implementation, support, and development projects.
Good hands-on experience in preparing functional documents such as MD50 and test scenarios, along with troubleshooting support issues and possessing technical skills, is preferred. Sound knowledge of WMS, Telnet, and Shipping Execution is mandatory. The candidate should be able to coordinate with business users for requirement gathering, resolve support-related issues, and provide timely solutions.
Good-to-have skills include knowledge of ticketing tools such as ServiceNow and third-party logistics applications such as OTM. The candidate should also be familiar with Oracle AIM templates and methodology and should have the ability to work with multiple teams as part of cross-functional activities
