Job Description
Role Overview:
This position is responsible for providing technical and delivery leadership while supporting field service engineering activities. The FSE Lead will coordinate with technical and business teams, help drive execution of field service initiatives, resolve technical issues, and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate field service engineering activities and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineering, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance and support for field service-related initiatives.
- Troubleshoot issues and help drive timely resolution.
- Coordinate project activities, priorities, and deliverables.
- Support overall delivery quality and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Travel on an as-needed basis depending on project requirements.
