Required Qualifications :
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in an application development environment. Experience with all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit testing, system testing, deployment, and production support. Candidates should be located within 35 miles of Columbus, Ohio.
Technical Skills: Strong Oracle PL/SQL development experience, including experience with Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, or equivalent database development tools. Strong experience with MFCS or Oracle APEX. Basic GitLab and SVN knowledge. Introductory knowledge of Agile methodology and Jira.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Retail experience preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Forms preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test complex database programs in PL/SQL.
- Inspect, analyze, and document current functionality in packages, functions, and procedures.
- Ensure database programs are written correctly and comply with current development standards.
- Performance tune SQL statements and application programs.
- Provide technical assistance, problem resolution, and troubleshooting support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Support Oracle Cloud Database and Oracle Retail product suite environments where applicable.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies as part of the Scrum Team.
