Job Description
We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications and integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in TIBCO Business Works, EMS, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSD, and enterprise integration patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration solutions using TIBCO Business Works (BW5/BW6).
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services and APIs.
- Work with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS) for messaging and asynchronous integrations.
- Develop integrations between enterprise applications, databases, and external systems.
- Create and maintain XML schemas, XSDs, WSDLs, and data transformations.
- Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and exception-management mechanisms.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support deployment across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA teams, business analysts, and DevOps teams.
- Follow coding, security, performance, and integration best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO Business Works.
- Experience with TIBCO EMS and messaging concepts.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XPath, XSLT, JSON, REST, and SOAP.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs/web services.
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Experience with integration patterns, transformations, and error handling.
- Familiarity with Git/SVN and CI/CD processes.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
