This is a highly strategic role requiring a consultant who can operate as both a Solution Architect and Functional Architect, while driving end-to-end integration across multiple SAP workstreams. The team is looking for candidates who have not only supported SAP environments but have also led large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations from design through deployment and post-go-live support.
What the Hiring Team Is Looking For
Candidates should demonstrate:
Technical Solution Architect experience
8-10+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
Multiple years of experience leading enterprise-level SAP transformation initiatives
Full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation experience including:
Discovery
Design
Build
Testing
Data migration
Cutover
Go-Live
Hypercare/Support
Hands-on SAP configuration experience
Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes and end-to-end integration
Ability to drive solution design across multiple SAP tracks and business functions
Experience leading workshops, resolving design conflicts, and influencing business stakeholders
Required SAP Expertise
Candidates should possess broad SAP knowledge across multiple modules and business processes rather than expertise in only one functional area.

Technical Integration Experience Required
The team is specifically seeking candidates who can speak to and lead integration discussions across the SAP landscape.
Experience should include:
SAP ABAP integrations

Enterprise application integrations
Data flow and interface design
Cross-system architecture and connectivity
Preferred Industry Background
While not mandatory, candidates with experience supporting:

Key Responsibilities
The selected consultant will be expected to:
Act as the regional end-to-end functional design integrator across all workstreams
Drive alignment between business, implementation, and technical teams

Support testing, data migration, reporting, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
Influence stakeholders across business leadership, global teams, implementation partners, and project leadership
Drive successful deployment of SAP S/4HANA capabilities across the organization
