Tech AI Program Manager (Technical Program Manager)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of AI-powered tools, skills, and autonomous agents that improve engineering productivity.
- Work closely with software engineers and technical teams to understand challenges and create effective AI solutions.
- Drive adoption of new AI platform capabilities by gathering feedback and improving user experience.
- Define product requirements, technical roadmaps, and success metrics.
- Track and improve platform performance, reliability, accuracy, and overall impact.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle—from research and planning to deployment and adoption.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.
- Hands-on technical background with software development, AI/ML platforms, or developer tools.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Understanding of AI technologies, LLMs, AI agents, or developer productivity platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical products from concept to launch.

- Experience with Generative AI, AI agents, or AI-powered developer platforms.
- Background in software engineering or technical architecture.
