Job Description
We’re looking for a Senior iOS Developer to help build, and support secure, scalable, connected mobile applications in an enterprise environment. This role combines strong native iOS engineering fundamentals with experience integrating mobile apps with enterprise platforms, back-end services, identity systems, and operational processes.

- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years building native iOS applications with Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Strong proficiency with iOS frameworks and patterns, including UIKit, modern app architecture, local data persistence, and performance optimization.
- Experience integrating iOS apps with RESTful APIs, back-end services, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience implementing offline-capable workflows, local caching or persistence, background sync, and conflict-aware synchronization for field or distributed users.
- Experience modernizing legacy code bases and transitioning applications to newer technologies, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Strong testing practices, including unit, integration, and UI testing, with experience building quality into the development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Git, pull request workflows, package management tools such as Swift Package Manager and CocoaPods, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery.
- Familiarity with push notifications, application telemetry, crash monitoring, analytics, and operational support in production enterprise environments.
- Experience supporting Apple developer accounts, certificates, provisioning, and enterprise or private app distribution processes.
- Full stack experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that connect reliably to enterprise systems, services, and data sources.
- Translate product and business requirements into secure, scalable mobile solutions that support real-world operational workflows.
- Define and promote coding standards, architectural patterns, and engineering practices that improve maintainability, quality, and consistency across the code base.
- Review pulls requests, provide constructive technical feedback, and mentor other engineers to raise overall team capability.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, back-end engineers, and enterprise platform teams to deliver integrated mobile experiences.
- Implement secure connectivity patterns, including authentication flows, session management, API communication, and protection of sensitive data in transit and at rest.
- Build and support offline-resilient features, synchronization workflows, and recovery patterns that ensure a dependable user experience in variable network conditions.
- Identify technical debt, modernization opportunities, and performance bottlenecks, and drive improvements with minimal disruption to team delivery.
- Contribute to automated testing, release readiness, CI/CD, and production support to ensure stable and repeatable application delivery.
