Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across frontend and backend technologies, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, and proven leadership capabilities to mentor development teams and guide technical decisions.
The Full Stack Lead will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices, security standards, and Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Full Stack Developers. Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Design and develop scalable frontend and backend solutions.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments. Ensure application security, scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native solutions.
• Drive Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis. Manage technical risks and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements:
• Frontend Technologies React.js and/or Angular JavaScript, TypeScript HTML5, CSS3
• Responsive Web Design State Management (Redux, NgRx)
• Backend Technologies Java (Spring Boot), .NET Core, or Node.js RESTful APIs
• Microservices Architecture: Event-Driven Architecture OAuth2, JWT Authentication Database Technologies SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Database Design and Performance: Optimization Cloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure or AWS Docker and Kubernetes
• CI/CD Tools: (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Git Version Control: Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading Full Stack development teams.
• Strong experience building enterprise-scale applications.
• Proven experience in solution design and technical leadership.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with AI/ML integrations and Generative AI solutions.
• Knowledge of application security and OWASP standards.
• Experience in performance tuning and application modernization.
