Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP Quality Management (QM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong functional and domain expertise in SAP QM.
The consultant should have extensive experience in support and enhancement projects.
Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects will be an added advantage, including experience in functional specification preparation, testing, defect resolution, and bug fixing.
Strong hands-on experience is required in:
- QM Master Data
- QM Notifications
- QM Cost Management
- QM Inspections
- Batch Management
- Usage Decision
- Defect Recording
- DMR (Document Management/Defect Management Reporting, as applicable)
- Integration with SAP modules such as EWM, PP, MM, and others
- Must possess a solid understanding of SAP QM business processes within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in collaborating with the ABAP team for enhancement development, issue resolution, and bug fixes.
- Ability to configure SAP QM solutions for new developments, business requirements, and rollout projects.
- Well-versed in IT service management processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Release Management.
- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to deliver high-quality SAP QM solutions in a dynamic support and project environment.
