Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, and modern software architecture principles. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring of development teams, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
- Implement CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support critical business applications.
- Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and release management activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hub
- Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Identity Management solutions
- Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experience implementing AI/ML or OpenAI integrations
- Microsoft Azure Certifications are highly preferred
