We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, API Integration, and AWS Cloud along with hands-on experience in Python and Databricks. The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications, cloud-native integrations, and data-driven solutions while mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications using Java and Kotlin.
Architect and implement scalable Microservices and API-led integrations.
Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external and internal systems.
Lead cloud-native application development leveraging AWS services.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
Support data engineering initiatives involving Python, Databricks, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
Drive CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and application modernization initiatives.
Ensure adherence to security, scalability, performance, and coding best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance for resolution.
