Job Description
We are looking for an o9 Functional Consultant to support o9 Solutions implementations and enhancements across supply-chain planning. The consultant will work with business users and senior functional consultants to understand requirements, configure planning solutions, perform testing, and provide production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support o9 Solutions configuration for supply-chain planning processes.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements.
- Assist in implementing Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP/IBP processes.
- Configure and maintain o9 models, measures, dimensions, hierarchies, attributes, and business rules.
- Support development of planning workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and analytical views.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect validation.
- Troubleshoot functional issues related to planning data, forecasts, supply plans, inventory, and system configuration.
- Work with technical/integration teams to validate data flowing into and out of o9.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning / Demand Planning / Supply Planning.
- Exposure to o9 Solutions is Mandatory.
- Good understanding of one or more:
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- S&OP / IBP
- Forecasting
- Replenishment Planning
- Understanding of planning master data, hierarchies, measures, attributes, and business rules.
- Experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, and testing.
- Good knowledge of Excel; basic SQL is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
