Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for enterprise and cloud-based applications.
Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using Apache JMeter or similar tools for web, API, and backend systems.
Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and microservices.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for Next.js applications, including unit, integration, and E2E testing.
Perform API performance testing for REST/JSON and SOAP services and integrate with automation frameworks.
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Monitor system performance metrics including CPU, memory, GC, I/O, and network during test execution.
Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to optimize application and infrastructure performance.
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
Continuously improve performance testing frameworks, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills:

12+ years of Performance Engineering / Performance Testing experience
Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter
Experience with LoadRunner, K6, and/or Gatling
Front-end performance testing experience with Next.js applications
Experience designing and deploying performance test frameworks
Strong experience with API automation and performance testing
REST/JSON and SOAP
Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and XML
Experience with performance monitoring/APM tools such as Datadog and Dynatrace
Knowledge of server logs and JVM monitoring
Experience with Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
