Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise Power Apps and Power Automate solutions supporting the Allocation Model and Blended Finance (BFC) Workflow Tool initiatives. The role focuses on automating complex business processes, implementing allocation and approval workflows, and delivering scalable, secure, and auditable low-code solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate workflows.
Build solutions for eligibility assessments, allocation calculations, scenario management, portfolio workflows, and multi-stage approval processes.
Design Dataverse data models and implement role-based security controls.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse, and enterprise applications.
Implement complex business rules, validations, audit trails, notifications, approvals, and escalation workflows.
Perform unit testing, regression testing, defect resolution, code reviews, and production support.
Contribute to technical design, documentation, and application lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and specification-by-example practices.
Experience with peer reviews, defect prevention, and collaborate across teams Focus on delivering high-quality, testable, and maintainable solutions within sprint commitments
