Job Description
We're seeking Senior Developers to design, build, and test features on SAP Business Network in support of a major Lockheed Martin-facing initiative — enriching ASN formats, pre-shipment collaboration, quality inspection integration, and buyer-driven transportation processes. You'll work across the full stack, from UI5 front ends to Java/CAP back ends, following SAP's SDLC and product standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver application features on time, fully adhering to functional specifications, SAP product standards, quality criteria, and project milestones
• Develop UI components using UI5, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS
• Build backend services in Java, REST/CXF, MVC frameworks (Spring Boot), the CAP programming model, and SQL
• Contribute to requirements review, technical design authoring/review, test scenario review, and peer code review
• Implement automated unit tests to achieve 100% code coverage
• Implement fully automated functional test plans covering positive and negative scenarios
• Troubleshoot and resolve internal defects and customer-reported issues within defined SLAs
• Create design documents, detailed test plans (functional, integration, end-to-end), and maintain the traceability matrix and technical/configuration documentation
• Analyze and resolve defects to build knowledge of the code base and business domain; participate in broader testing activities
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• 4–6 years of professional software development experience in Java, C++, or .NET (or equivalent solution-specific technologies)
• Solid grounding in object-oriented design and design patterns
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and the CAP (Cloud Application Programming) development model
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, JIRA, JUnit, Karate, Postman, Qmate, qTest, and Selenium
• Good English proficiency, both verbal and written
Preferred / Good to Have
• Experience working on international / globally distributed development teams
• One or more Agile methodology certifications
• Prior SAP product development or SAP Business Network experience
