Job Description
This Salesforce Developer role requires 5+ years of development experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce development. The position focuses on building and enhancing Salesforce.com solutions within an Agile team supporting customer service and healthcare-related products. Responsibilities include designing scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with architects, analysts, engineers, and business partners, and contributing to technical architecture, development standards, code reviews, documentation, and release processes.
Candidates must hold Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator certifications and have strong hands-on experience with both low-code Salesforce development using Flows and pro-code development using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Strong communication, problem-solving, technical design, and Agile collaboration skills are important. Experience working with HIPAA compliance, protected health information (PHI), or healthcare-related applications is strongly preferred.
