Job Description
• Deeply understand the product implementations, the requirements world, and the relevant market in which we operate.
• Wide knowledge of the whole product including all developments (multiple teams).
• Comprehension of the product’s architecture.
• Create, improve, and implement organization goals for the QA team.
• Create, improve, and implement Agile Basic rules of engagement
• To create an environment where the QA can be included in the whole development cycle
• Create, improve, and implement QA goals and review of processes in the team.
• Continue learning and sharing knowledge with the rest of team over small training sessions
• Lead Automation Transformation & Provide Visibility to Business Segment & Leadership
• Identify & Manage Automation Demand Pipeline
• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to assess, evaluate, and finalize the automation candidates
• Create Scope/Vision Documents (High Level Scope Only)
• Collaborate for ROM Estimates
