Job Description
Tech PM with 10+ years of experience to lead large-scale application development and modernization programs using Java Microservices and AWS. The role involves driving delivery, stakeholder management, solution alignment, team coordination, and successful execution of cloud-native initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS-based transformation programs (Must Have Jave Microservices and AWS).
Manage project planning, scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and budget.
Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and customer stakeholders.
Drive Agile/Scrum execution, sprint planning, governance, and status reporting.
Ensure adherence to architecture, security, performance, and quality standards.
Track program KPIs, resource utilization, and delivery milestones.
Support release planning, production readiness, and issue escalation management.
Engage with customers to provide project updates and ensure successful outcomes.
