Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of professional technical writing experience, including at least 3 years covering cybersecurity, IAM, cloud security, or enterprise infrastructure.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, least privilege, RBAC, privileged access, and access governance.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID concepts and terminology, including Conditional Access, PIM, enterprise applications, app registrations, hybrid identity, and identity governance.

Demonstrated ability to produce architecture documents, implementation guides, operating procedures, runbooks, security standards, and audit-support content.

Ability to understand diagrams, configurations, logs, APIs, authentication flows, and engineering discussions well enough to create technically accurate documentation.

Excellent command of business English, information architecture, content organization, grammar, editing, and audience-focused communication.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio or equivalent diagramming tools, SharePoint, and collaborative review workflows.

Experience with documentation-as-code, Markdown, Git, wikis, content management systems, or structured authoring is preferred.
