Job Description
Primary Purpose:
Design and develop modern, scalable, user-friendly web interfaces for CAE, Mission Control, SPT Hub, and other internal engineering applications.
Core Skills:

- Experience working with backend engineers and APIs
Strongly Preferred:
- AG Grid or similar enterprise data-grid frameworks
- Material UI, Fluent UI, or similar component libraries
- Python or basic backend development exposure
- Data visualization / dashboard development
- Authentication / authorization and role-based UI
- UX/UI design experience
- Large-data application interfaces
- Experience with internal enterprise tools
- Familiarity with AI/LLM or MCP-enabled applications
Expected Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain front-end interfaces for CAE, Mission Control, and related SPT applications.
- Translate business and engineering requirements into intuitive UI workflows.
- Develop reusable UI components and common design patterns.
- Integrate front-end applications with APIs, databases, and backend services.
- Build dashboards, search interfaces, drilldowns, forms, and data-heavy views.
- Improve usability, responsiveness, and application performance.
- Implement role-based visibility and permissions where required.
- Work closely with backend, database, analytics, and Power Platform engineers.
- Help establish consistent UI/UX standards across SPT tools.
