Workday Solutions Engineer – Security & Prism
Seeking a Workday Solutions Engineer with strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics, Security, Reporting, and Integrations. The candidate will design analytics solutions, build data pipelines, troubleshoot security/access issues, and support Workday reporting and integrations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Workday Prism Analytics
- Workday Security & HCM data architecture
- Workday Reporting, Composite/Matrix Reports, Calculated Fields & Dashboards
- Workday Integrations: EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, RaaS
- SQL, Data Modeling, ETL/Data Transformation
- REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON
- Security troubleshooting, access validation & compliance
- Strong understanding of HR/Payroll data and Workday business processes
Nice to Have:
- Workday Studio
- Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Learning or Finance
- Workday Prism/Reporting/Integration certification
- Workday Extend or Adaptive Planning
- Agile experience
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain Workday Prism Analytics solutions and data pipelines.
- Develop reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytical models.
- Troubleshoot data, security, and integration issues.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Security, Integration, and Technology teams.
- Support testing, releases, production issues, and documentation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
