Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, issue management, business analysis, technology operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders from technology and business organizations.
- Experience managing issues, risks, action plans, dependencies, and remediation activities through successful resolution.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts, risks, and remediation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level communications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technology governance, risk, compliance, audit, or control functions.
- Experience working with Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, infrastructure, software engineering, or automation teams.
- Knowledge of technology risk management and issue remediation processes.
- Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent project management certification.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- COBIT training or certification.
- Agile certification.
- Experience developing executive reporting, governance metrics, and operational dashboards.
- Experience facilitating audits and regulatory examinations.
