10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.

5+ years of hands-on experience testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.

Proven experience developing and maintaining automated test frameworks using Appium, Espresso, Playwright, Maestro, or similar technologies.

Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or other object-oriented programming languages.

Experience working with Git-based source repositories, such as Bitbucket or GitHub, and a solid understanding of Git branching strategies.

Experience automating tests for hybrid mobile applications and familiarity with cloud-based device testing platforms, such as BrowserStack or TestMu (formerly LambdaTest).

Ability to independently drive test automation initiatives, identify quality risks early, develop innovative testing solutions, and continuously improve automation frameworks, processes, and test coverage while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with iterative development and Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining productivity, professionalism, and quality in fast-paced environments.

Ability to remain flexible, adapt to changing priorities, and respond with urgency to evolving business and project needs while maintaining high-quality results.
