Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AdminCloud Platform:
Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)| Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)| Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)| and Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).
Observability & ITSM: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace| Splunk log management| and ServiceNow incident/change management.
Networking & Security: Knowledge of hybrid network connections| firewalls| routing| IAM policy design| and security patch upgrades.
CI/CD & Automation: Experience with CI/CD tools| deployment pipelines| and operational script automation.
Process Management: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks (Incident| Problem| and Change Management).
