Job Description
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in a dedicated Architect role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing.
- Experience with product configuration, pricing/discounting, quote-to-cash, billing/invoicing, contracts and renewals.
- Strong Sales Cloud experience including territory management, forecasting, opportunities/leads and sales automation.
- Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce Flow.
- Strong integration experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi or similar middleware.
- Experience designing Salesforce data models, security/sharing architecture and integration patterns.
- Hands-on Salesforce DevOps experience with SFDX, Git, Gearset, Copado or Flosum.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required or actively pursuing.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification required.
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, architecture governance, code reviews and technical leadership experience.
Nice to Have:
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud / Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) experience.
- Experience with complex pricing/subscription models, SaaS, manufacturing or telecom.
- Salesforce Industries/Vlocity, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud experience.
