Job Description
Sr. Engineer (Salesforce/MarTech)
Thrivent Financial is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Advisor Marketing Practice & Promotion (AMPP) team within its MarTech portfolio. This role will support and enhance platforms that help financial advisors market their businesses, leveraging Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Java applications, and other enterprise technologies used by thousands of advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support solutions across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Java-based applications, and enterprise platforms.
- Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud integrations and customizations.
- Contribute to cloud-native deployments and application support within OpenShift environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve advisor marketing tools, content personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development (Apex, LWC, REST APIs).
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
- Java development background.
- Knowledge of OpenShift and modern cloud deployment practices.
- Ability to work across multiple technologies in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
