Job Description
Our client seeks an experienced, hands-on Docebo specialist to join our Engineering Applications team onsite. This is a dual-capability role: roughly half day-to-day platform administration and support, and half integration and data work connecting Docebo to the wider client’s application estate. You will own the operational health of a Docebo tenant supporting over 7,300 active users and 65,000 course enrolments, while helping deliver a live programme of integrations into our contingent-workforce, timekeeping, quality-management and manufacturing systems. This is not a greenfield build. You will join an established platform mid-programme, inheriting known data-quality and integration issues, and will be expected to be productive on live operational problems quickly.
Key responsibilities
Platform administration and operations (~50%)
• Own day-to-day administration of the Docebo tenant: users, branches, groups, enrolment rules, courses, learning plans, certifications and catalogues.
• Configure and maintain automatic enrolment and assignment logic so the right training reaches the right population without manual intervention.
• Triage and resolve platform support requests raised by Learning & Development, Manufacturing Ops, Fleet Ops and the Contingent Workforce Program, including access and provisioning issues.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for training completion, compliance status and certification currency; support audit and regulatory evidence requests.
• Manage SSO and user-provisioning configuration in partnership with the identity and access management team; diagnose authentication and profile-data failures.
• Maintain certification and re-certification configuration, including how document revisions affect certification validity.
• Administer branches and organisational structure so they stay aligned to the upstream source of truth.
Integrations and data (~50%)
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot inbound and outbound Docebo integrations, working alongside our integration engineers and middleware team.
• Diagnose integration failures end to end ,identify whether a defect originates in Docebo, in the upstream source system, or in the middleware ,and drive it to the correct owner. This is the single most valuable thing you will do.
• Work with the Docebo APIs for user, enrolment, course and completion data; build and maintain extracts and automations where a native feature does not exist.
• Define and validate field-level mappings between Docebo and connected systems, and document direction of flow and system of record per field.
• Support the LearnData analytics implementation, including data validation and reconciliation against the source platform.
• Contribute to the ETQ, Oxygen and Ignition integration work: requirements, field mapping, test cases and validation.
• Establish monitoring and alerting so integration failures surface proactively rather than being discovered by an affected worker.
Required skills and experience
• 5+ years hands-on Docebo administration in a production enterprise tenant. This is a firm requirement; we are not looking for general LMS experience with Docebo exposure.
• Demonstrable integration experience, including working with REST APIs, field mapping, and troubleshooting failures across system boundaries.
• Strong data skills, comfortable with SQL or equivalent, able to reconcile populations between two systems and explain a discrepancy rather than just report it.
• Experience administering an LMS at scale (several thousand active users), including automatic enrolment, branch structures and certification management.
• SSO / SAML and user-provisioning troubleshooting in an enterprise identity environment.
• Reporting and analytics within Docebo, plus experience feeding LMS data to an external warehouse or BI platform.
• Compliance-grade rigour, prior experience with regulated or auditable training records, and an instinct for auditability, attribution and retention.
• Clear written communication and the ability to work directly with non-technical business stakeholders in Learning, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Onsite availability at the stated client’s location.
Preferred
• Docebo certification, or experience through a Docebo implementation or major upgrade.
• Experience integrating an LMS with a VMS or contingent-workforce platform (Beeline, VNDLY, UKG, Fieldglass or similar).
• Experience with a workforce-management or timekeeping platform (UKG Pro WFM, Kronos or similar) as a consumer of skills and certification data.
• Experience with quality-management or document-control systems (ETQ or similar) and work-instruction lifecycle.
• Experience with a manufacturing execution system (Ignition or similar).
• Middleware experience (Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI or similar).
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks or comparable data platforms.
• Familiarity with Docebo AI features and the AI credit consumption model.
• Prior experience in a regulated industry ,automotive, aviation, medical devices or similar.
