Job Description
Software Engineer Lead – Java Full Stack (banking experiences must )
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer Lead – Java Full Stack with strong hands-on experience in Java 21, Spring Boot, Angular/React, Oracle, NoSQL, Kafka, DevOps CI/CD, and Git. The candidate will lead full-stack application development, design scalable microservices, support deployments, and mentor engineers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using Java 21, Spring Boot, Angular/React, TypeScript, and RxJS.
- Design and develop REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
- Work with Oracle, NoSQL databases, and Apache Kafka.
- Lead frontend architecture, state management, routing, and API integration.
- Support CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and application deployments.
- Implement automated testing using JUnit, Mockito, Jasmine, Karma, and Jest.
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, monitoring, and reliability.
- Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Support production troubleshooting, incident resolution, and Agile delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on Java Full Stack Development experience.
- Experience leading technical teams and making architecture decisions.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
