Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance initiatives, drive testing strategies, and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple project streams. In this role, you will oversee test governance, guide cross-functional QA teams, and champion modern test automation and defect management practices.

- Extensive background in Software Quality Assurance/Testing, including substantial leadership experience in a QA or Test Management capacity.
- In-depth understanding of testing methodologies across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
- Practical hands-on experience using test management and defect tracking solutions such as Jira, qTest, or TestRail.
- Solid architectural understanding of test automation frameworks built with Selenium, TestNG, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
- Comprehensive experience defining test strategies for API, Functional, Regression, Performance, and UAT phases.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and source control tools, including Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.
- Practical proficiency in SQL for backend data validation and test data management.
- Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and manage a team of quality engineers and automation specialists across multiple workstreams.
- Define, establish, and execute comprehensive test strategies, release plans, and quality governance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineering teams, and business partners to align testing coverage with project delivery milestones.
- Direct end-to-end planning, execution, and defect lifecycles for functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance phases.
- Drive the expansion and continuous enhancement of automated testing suites to optimize efficiency and coverage.
- Track quality KPIs, delivering transparent status dashboards and proactive risk evaluations to executive leadership.
- Oversee the readiness, consistency, and provisioning of test environments and test data sets.
- Coordinate resource allocation, operational planning, and offshore/vendor team engagement.
- Facilitate defect triage discussions and conduct root-cause analyses on critical system defects.
