Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations Developer
Looking for candidates with approximately 3–5 years of HCM functional experience, including at least one full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
Key experience:
- Oracle Time and Labor
- Absence Management
- Leave management
- Time/Absence integration with Payroll or finance systems
- Labor distribution/costing
- Configuration workbooks and fit/gap documentation
- KDDs and RTM
- SIT/UAT and defect resolution
- OTBI/BI Publisher.
