Job Description

Mandatory Requirements
Government/Public Sector experience is a MUST-HAVE.
6+ years of State Government experience.
10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution architecture, customization, and administration.
10+ years of Microsoft Dataverse relational data modeling and security architecture.
10+ years of Power Platform enterprise development and governance.
10+ years of ALM using Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines and managed solutions.
Strong C#/.NET plugin development and JavaScript/TypeScript client scripting experience.
Experience with cloud security, data classification, HIPAA, CDC, CJIS, and NIST 800-53 controls.
Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills
Power Pages architecture and secure external authentication.
Power BI reporting and Dataverse/Azure Synapse Link integration.
PL-400, PL-600, or relevant Dynamics 365 Solution Architect certification.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 model-driven and canvas applications.
Manage Dataverse tables, business rules, workflows, security roles, and integrations.
Maintain Power Platform environments, governance, DLP policies, and ALM pipelines.
Support Power BI reporting, system performance, capacity, and licensing.
Document system architecture, ERDs, workflows, and deployment procedures.
Follow government security standards and collaborate with business and technical teams.
