Job Description

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets, with a deep understanding of IBOR (Investment Book of Record) platforms and processes.
• Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, accounting, and reporting.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Experience collaborating with front-office, middle-office, operations, and technology teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, portfolio management, securities processing, and investment operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience working in Agile delivery environments.
