Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions leveraging HR/workforce data and Snowflake. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in both Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Build and maintain automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
- Develop applications leveraging HR/workforce data for business use cases.
- Integrate Power Platform applications and workflows with Snowflake and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop and consume REST APIs, custom connectors, and data integrations.
- Build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications adhering to Power Platform standards.
- Troubleshoot application, workflow, integration, and data-related issues.
- Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support application deployment, enhancements, and production issues.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall IT/application development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps
- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience with Snowflake / Snowflake data integration
- Experience developing applications using HR/workforce data
- REST APIs and Custom Connectors
- SQL and data integration
- Understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and deployment
