Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead SAP application support, enhancements, upgrades, and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation initiatives. This role will oversee delivery teams, manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate system integrators, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong SAP knowledge, hands-on delivery leadership, business acumen, and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and measurable business value.
Description:
- Lead SAP application support, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and project delivery.
- Manage delivery teams, project scope, resources, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
- Engage business and IT stakeholders to understand needs and align SAP solutions with business goals.
- Collaborate with system integrators and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor service performance, resolve complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize SAP processes, improve system performance, and deliver business value.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while promoting accountability and transparency.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SAP project management, delivery management, or consulting experience.
- Proven experience managing SAP application support, enhancements, upgrades, and delivery operations.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes, integrations, and enterprise systems.
- Experience leading SAP teams and coordinating third-party system integrators.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to balance daily operations with strategic SAP transformation initiatives.
