Job Description
Systems Architect (Microsoft Azure Cloud Engineer/Specialist)
Required Skills
- Microsoft Azure architecture, administration, and cloud services.
- Azure App Services and deployment of applications to the Azure cloud.
- CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
- Migration and conversion of legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET/.NET Core.
- C# and .NET application development, troubleshooting, and modernization.
- Azure Key Vault and secure application configuration and credential management.
- Azure Storage and related cloud services.
- GitHub and GitHub Copilot for software development, code analysis, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Azure AI services and API integration.
- Application monitoring, diagnostics, logging, security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Application modernization and cloud architecture.
- At least five (5) years of professional experience in software development, application modernization, cloud engineering, or closely related technical work.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification is required. In addition to the MCP certification, the candidate must possess at least one (1) of the following certifications: Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600); Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900); Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900); Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400); or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300).
